Morning being the most important part of the day it should be… well, well utilised. Morning determines the rest of our day. Though not in many cases it does determine what will happen during the day. Morning is the days foundation. A good day starts in the morning and a bad day starts in the morning too. This is what you should do in the morning.

1.Sit up on your bed and meditate what the day means to you and what you will do over the day. Try to remember any plans you had made for the day or any scheduled event that will take place on that day. Arrange them in the order that you will do them. Know what you will and will not do that day. Make plans if you had nothing in mind. By doing this you prepare your day and avoid surprises over the day.

2. Work out or stretch. When you sleep your muscles relax and loose the tone. Fluid also tends to pool along your back. Stretching or working out helps to massage fluid gently back into the normal position. Besides there is that good feeling. Your muscles also protect themselves from over extension by inhibiting the nerve impulses as they approach their limit. You should not skip your workout if it is your daily routine, stick to it as much as possible.

3. Drink water. Scientists confirmed that water is 100% effective in resolving some health problems such as : migrain, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, pain of joints, sudden increase and decrease in heartbeat, epilepsy, increasing level of cholesterol, cough, bodily discomfort, golu pain, asthma, whooping cough, blockage of veins, disease related to uterus and urine, stomach problems, poor apetite, diseases related to the eyes, ear and throat and headache. Use warm water by drinking approximately two glasses of warm water when the stomach is empty. You may not make it to two glasses but slowly you will. In a reasonable span of two weeks you can observe notable changes.

4. Take a shower or wash your face if you dont bath in the morning. Brush your teeth to take away that dragon breath you wake up with. Give yourself the best treatment as much as you can.Ladies put that makeup on and groom yourself but of course matching your daily event, trust me you would’nt want to go to a business meeting looking like a clown. Don’t forget to put on your deodorant because, well… because….

5. Take breakfast -the most important meal of the day. You should not skip your breakfast under any circumstances. Make sure you take all the essential nessecities of your body and by that I mean starch, protein and vitamins. If you are trying to lose the weight, take more protein and vitamins and reduce starch and sugars. Monitor you caloric intake too. A satisfying breakfast reduces the chances of consuming junk food and powering you up for the rest of the day.Take calories enough for just what you do. If you won’t be active most of your day take the least calories.

6. Know what you want to achieve in that day alone, have a goal of accomplishing something and not just finishing the day. A journey has a departure and arrival, the morning being the departure you make your choice of what you want to achieve by the end of the day would you have arrived by achieving your goal. By doing this you will know what you have and haven’t achieved and what you should achieve.

7. Learn something new. By this I don’t mean NEWS as in CNN. I mean something new like a word from a foreign language, a health fact, a math problem blah blah blah. Learn it not to forget. Imagine what you would have achieved had you done this earlier. Well start now.

Do this each morning and you will find a giant boost to your general health and wellness. Well, i decided to add an aditional video for you guys sake. Check it out. I did not do it personally but I think the ideas from the video are great. Big up to the guy who did this video.
